You see every guest's verified identity status, merit score, review history, and full profile before you accept. You can decline any booking for any reason. Every guest signs a mandatory Assumption of Risk waiver.

Your exact address is never shown publicly. Only revealed after you accept a booking and personally tap Share My Location.

Every guest on DrivewayStay is identity verified before they can send a single booking request. Guests upload a government issued photo ID and a profile photo during onboarding. Our admin team reviews every submission before granting booking access.

When you accept a booking and tap Share My Location you will see the guest's profile photo, their declared rego plate, and a photo of their actual plate — all confirmed before your address is revealed.

If the arriving vehicle does not match the declared rego plate you can flag it instantly through the app. The guest receives a formal warning and a strike against their account. Repeated mismatches result in suspension.

You can require guests to have a fully complete profile before sending you a booking request. This gives you maximum visibility of who is coming to your property — their bio, travel style, skills, interests, van setup, and identity verification all confirmed before you even see their request. Toggle this on in your listing settings. Default is off.

DrivewayStay carries $10,000,000 public liability insurance through AIG. Every booking generates a Fatigue Management Rest Authority document guests can show rangers or council officers.

Payments processed through Stripe. Payout releases 24 hours after guest checkout. You keep 93% of every booking at standard rate.
